New Outlet Centres in Moscow and St. Petersburg
FASHION HOUSE Group is the leading developer of Outlet Centres in CEE and is an

includes the management of three successful Outlet Centres in Poland and a fourth in
Bucharest, Romania.
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centres in Poland (now owned by Polonia Property Fund II) have
won the EuropaProperty ’CEE Factory Outlet of the Year’ award for the last three years
running, with two ranked within the Top Ten Best Performing Outlet Centres in Europe

FASHION HOUSE Moscow is a 45 minute drive from the centre of Moscow,
on the main highway connecting Moscow with St.Petersburg, immediately
adjacent to Sheremetyevo Airport. The Outlet Centre will be a fully enclosed
scheme, built in keeping with traditional Russian architecture and totalling
some 28,765 m² GLA with 192 Outlet stores, dedicated Foodcourt and over
1,865 car parking spaces.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre, St. Petersburg
FASHION HOUSE St. Petersburg will be located in the south-west part of the
city totalling 37,000 m 2 GLA with 172 store units, dedicated Foodcourt and
1,200 car parking spaces. The external architecture of this Outlet Centre
has been inspired by typical buildings from the Low Countries, with which
St. Petersburg has had trading and cultural links for centuries.
