The population within a two-hour drive is 11.1 million. In 2010 Resolution acquired McArthurGlen’s Troyes Designer Outlet in France from Henderson’s fund for €85.5 million. Like the Roubaix purchase, McArthurGlen Troyes continues to be managed, marketed and leased by McArthurGlen. The new company will provide all the construction, operations, management, marketing and leasing services to developers and investors who want to get into the European outlet sector. He succeeds Alexander Otto, CEO of ECEProjektmanagement, who served as chairman for the last two-and-ahalf years, ULI Europe said on Thursday. Malkin, a member of ULI since 1986, serves on Scott Malkin the global executive committee of the organization. Otto will continue his long association with ULI Europe with his appointment as chairman of the ULI Europe Advisory Board, which helps to develop the strategic direction of ULI in Europe. ULI is a global research and education institute dedicated to responsible land use and sustainable community building. Currently, ULI has nearly 30,000 members worldwide, including more than 2,000 in 16 countries across Europe.
