<strong>Jetty</strong> Beach <strong>Harbour</strong> and <strong>Jetty</strong> Beach reserve picnic area<br />

• Establish a capital works programme, with concurrence <strong>Land</strong>s, for the public<br />
domain to implement the Development <strong>Plan</strong> to ensure improvements compliment<br />
the commercial aspects <strong>of</strong> the precinct.<br />
• Prepare a maintenance programme for the public domain including capital<br />
improvements, and consult Dept <strong>of</strong> <strong>Land</strong>s with a view to agreeing a funding<br />
model, including revenue generated through the State Park and Commercial<br />
activities within the precinct.<br />
• Manage use <strong>of</strong> the pubic domain under appropriate license conditions including<br />
sustainable fee structure that reflects any commercial use<br />
