<strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> <strong>Harbour</strong> <strong>Jetty</strong> <strong>Foreshores</strong> Precinct<br />
Introduction<br />
<strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> <strong>Harbour</strong> City Council is the appointed corporate manager <strong>of</strong> the <strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> Coast State Park<br />
Reserve Trust which is responsible for the care, control and management <strong>of</strong> the Crown lands<br />
subject <strong>of</strong> the <strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> <strong>Harbour</strong> <strong>Jetty</strong> <strong>Foreshores</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Management</strong>, excluding the <strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> <strong>Harbour</strong><br />
Port area and submerged lands <strong>of</strong> the harbour.<br />
The Trust also has wider responsibilities for Crown lands incorporated in the <strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> Coast State<br />
Park.<br />
The objectives and strategies listed below have been extracted from the <strong>C<strong>of</strong>fs</strong> <strong>Harbour</strong><br />
Coastal Reserves <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Management</strong> (2000) and enable the Trust to maintain the public<br />
domain at the <strong>Jetty</strong> <strong>Foreshores</strong> Precinct consistent with its wider responsibilities for other<br />
coastal Crown lands under its control.<br />
Implementation & Review<br />
This plan will extend also to the Happy Valley management precinct upon the appointment <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Trust to manage that area.<br />
The Trust may amend this Operational <strong>Plan</strong> at its discretion after consultation with the<br />
Minister administering the Crown <strong>Land</strong>s Act.<br />
