<strong>St</strong>. Pius X <strong>CCW</strong> invites you to participate in our <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Craft</strong> and Vender <strong>Show</strong>, <strong>Christmas</strong><br />
<strong>Kaleidoscope</strong>, to be held on Saturday November 3, 2012. Please submit your application,<br />
photos, check and a self-addressed stamped envelope by October 1, 2012. Lunch and<br />
refreshments will be available. A Bake Sale is also included in this show. A free sweet roll and<br />
coffee is provided.<br />

$35.00 per space (approximately 6’ x 10’) 2 chairs included<br />
$10.00 per 8’ table<br />
Submit three photographs representative of your work to be<br />
displayed at this show and a self-addressed stamped business<br />
size envelope. Pictures will be returned at the show.<br />
NO EXEPTIONS – ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SUBMIT<br />
All crafts must be HANDCRAFTED BY THE CRAFTER.<br />
One of each home-based businesses (ex. Mary Kay, Avon,<br />
Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc.) will be accepted into the<br />
show. If you are not chosen to represent your company in this<br />
show, you may not display, sell or advertise for these products.<br />
This is a strict policy.<br />
RULES: 1. Tables must be covered to the floor so that packing<br />
materials and extra stock are not visible. Paper or plastic<br />
table coverings are not acceptable<br />
2. Exhibitors are expected to maintain their displays until<br />
the show is over at 3PM.<br />
3. Do not reassign or give your space to another crafter.<br />
You must notify us if you need to cancel.<br />
4. Each crafter/vender is required to donate one item for the<br />
raffle table. Please attach your business card to your<br />
donated item.<br />
5. Failure to adhere to the show rules will result in not<br />
being invited to future shows.<br />
