At 10:28 p.m. President Grieder declared the <strong>meeting</strong> in open session with Clerk Redeker, Curtis Simons,<br />
Bill Warner and Shane Clark returning.<br />
President Grieder (Kevin Flott) moved to recess into executive session at 10:30 p.m. to discuss personnel<br />
matters of non-elected personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed for<br />
10 <strong>minutes</strong> with the Board and Superintendent present. Motion Passed. (7-0)<br />

At 10:40 p.m. President Grieder declared the <strong>meeting</strong> in open session with Clerk Redeker, Curtis Simons,<br />

Bill Veatch (Kevin Flott) moved to approve Daniel Erb as the Neosho Rapids Head Jr. High Track Coach for<br />
the 2009-10 school year. Motion Passed. (7-0)<br />
Kevin Flott (Jeanette Schmidt) moved to approve Bill Warner’s part-time Elementary Principal Contract for<br />
the 2010-11 school year as presented. Motion Passed (6-1) with Craig Clark opposing.<br />
Kevin Flott (Charles Steffes) moved to extend Shane Clark’s Administrative contract at Olpe Jr./Sr. High<br />
School one additional year through the 2011-12 school year. Motion Passed. (7-0)<br />
Kevin Flott (Jeanette Schmidt) moved to extend Curtis Simons’ Administrative contract at Neosho Rapids Jr.<br />
High and Hartford High School one additional year through the 2011-12 school year. Motion Passed. (7-0)<br />
Charles Steffes (Kevin Flott) moved to extend Mike Argabright’s Superintendent contract at <strong>USD</strong> #<strong>252</strong> one<br />
additional year through the 2011-12 school year. Motion Passed (5-2) with Bill Veatch and Craig Clark<br />
opposing.<br />
Bill Veatch (Kenny Hamman) moved to renew Brenda Redeker’s Board Clerk/Business Manager contract at<br />
<strong>USD</strong> #<strong>252</strong> for the 2010-11 school year. Motion Passed. (7-0)
