• Establish job competencies and training standards for all persons working with abused<br />

particularly in situations where staff are working directly with children.<br />

Mainstream quality programming<br />

• Disseminate quality practices through the exchange of skills and experiences.<br />

• Adapt viable practices to diverse cultural and social contexts to bring them up to<br />
