hold valid First Aid, Sirdar's and Gas -testing certificate. The
validity of First Aid certificate should extend to a date, which
is not earlier than the date of the examination. No provisional
certificate shall be accepted. Practical experience prescribed
under Regulation 16 & 17 of the Coal Mines Regulations,
1957 and conditions attached therewith under relevant bye -
laws are as below:

SUBMITTED. HOWEVER , MEDICAL , CHARACTER
AND PRACTI CAL EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES

original certificates/ documents shall be required only at the
time of ORAL EXAMINATIONS. (iii) Two self -addressed,
stamped (Rs.25/- each) envelopes of size 22 cm x 10 cm
enclosing four additional passport size attested photographs
with name written clearly on front side . THE
