acknowledged following signature of the attendance roll<br />

each day of the Conference, and for each workshop.<br />

The RANZCOG Clinical Risk Management Activity<br />

Reflection worksheet (provided in the Conference<br />

satchel) can be used by Fellows who wish <strong>to</strong> follow up<br />

on a meeting or workshop that they have attended <strong>to</strong><br />

obtain PR&CRM points. This worksheet enables you <strong>to</strong><br />

demonstrate that you have reflected on and reviewed your<br />

practice as a result of attending a particular workshop<br />

or meeting. It also provides you with the opportunity <strong>to</strong><br />

outline any follow-up work undertaken and <strong>to</strong> comment<br />

on plans <strong>to</strong> re-evaluate any changes made. Fellows of<br />

this College who attend the Meeting and complete the<br />

Clinical Risk Management Activity Reflection Worksheet in<br />

accordance with the instructions thereon can claim for an<br />

additional 5 PR&CRM points.<br />
