BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval<br />

training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors<br />

and music motivates everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!<br />

BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling<br />

centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and<br />

poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.<br />

BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic<br />

program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo,<br />

Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and<br />

kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.<br />

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges<br />

all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great<br />

50+ AEROBICS looking for everyone that is still young at heart and likes having fun. Your workout combines low<br />

impact aerobics and all over body toning session all set to music to get you singing!<br />

CARDIO TENNIS is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout.<br />

CXWORX is a short, sharp core workout that strengthens and tones your body. It tightens your tummy and<br />

BOXERCISE incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact.<br />

BOXFIT is a circuit training style class with a strength/cardio workout with boxing techniques to get you fighting fit!<br />

HEALTH WALK is a short, local, low level walk. It is suitable for anyone wanting to become active or recovering<br />

from a health issue and takes place in a social and supportive environment. Walks last between 20 minutes and<br />

an hour, are free of charge and are led by trained volunteers.<br />

INDOOR GROUP CYCLING / JUNIOR SPIN is a unique cardiovascular group exercise session which burns lots of<br />

calories while being a whole lot of fun. All of the exercises are done on an exercise cycle combining good music<br />

with a workout unlike any you have experienced before. No co-ordination required!<br />

ZUMBA FITNESS is the hottest new fitness phenomenon. Dance your way to a new body with an easy to follow<br />

latin inspired cardio workout (you can burn up to 500 calories per hour) along with sculpting your body from top<br />

Specific Junior classes are open to participants aged 10 - 16 years.<br />

All fitness classes (excluding all Les Mills, Boxercise and Metafit) are open to participants aged 14-16 accompanied by an adult.


PLEASE NOTE<br />

From 1 July 2011 the following came into effect for health & safety, insurance purposes and operational needs:<br />

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your class, if an advanced booking is not taken up five minutes prior to<br />

the class start time. Reception staff will re-allocate it to customers waiting to access the class. If you arrive late you<br />

will not be permitted to access the class as you will have missed the essential warm up. We are aware that there<br />

can be queues at reception, so please allow adequate time to confirm your place and still be at your class on time.<br />
