How do I book my ceremony<br />

The best way to get started is to review the C<strong>eremonies</strong><br />

<strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> and P&O <strong>Cruises</strong> brochure, and decide on your<br />

cruise itinerary and sailing d<strong>at</strong>e. Next, contact your travel<br />

agent or our Telephone Sales and Service team to check<br />

cruise and celebr<strong>at</strong>ion availability, together with prices<br />

for the chosen sailing d<strong>at</strong>e. Once you are happy with<br />

your selection and the celebr<strong>at</strong>ion d<strong>at</strong>e is available, we<br />

will reserve both your ceremony d<strong>at</strong>e and cruise holiday.<br />

Next, visit pocruises.com.au (AU) or pocruises.co.nz (NZ)<br />

and complete our C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> applic<strong>at</strong>ion form.<br />

When do I pay for the ceremony<br />

Once the applic<strong>at</strong>ion form is received by us, our<br />

C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> team will be in contact to confirm<br />

the ceremony and cruise details with you and take full<br />

payment of the C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> package. It is essential<br />

th<strong>at</strong> the applic<strong>at</strong>ion form and full payment of your<br />

C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> package is received by us within three<br />

days from the booking d<strong>at</strong>e. If the applic<strong>at</strong>ion form and<br />

payment are not received within this time, our system<br />

will autom<strong>at</strong>ically cancel your booking and the d<strong>at</strong>e will<br />

be available for others to book.<br />

How do I pay for my ceremony<br />

Please refer to the Booking your celebr<strong>at</strong>ion section for<br />

details on how to pay.<br />

When is the ceremony officially booked<br />

Your ceremony will be reserved as soon as you have<br />

completed the C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> applic<strong>at</strong>ion form and<br />

full payment for your chosen package is received.<br />

How do I book my family and friends<br />

After your ceremony and cruise has been confirmed, a<br />

group code number and confirm<strong>at</strong>ion will be sent to you<br />

via email. Please use this code when speaking to our<br />

Telephone Sales and Service team or your travel agent to<br />

book cabins for your family and friends.<br />

When should we arrive <strong>at</strong> the departure port<br />

The bridal party should arrive <strong>at</strong> Brisbane wharf <strong>at</strong><br />

9.30am and 10.45am for Sydney, Newcastle, Fremantle<br />

or Auckland wharves. For those needing to travel by<br />

air, arrive the day prior to the cruise departure to allow<br />

for a stress-free morning of prepar<strong>at</strong>ion on the day. Our<br />

C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> team will confirm timings with you<br />

30 days prior to sailing.<br />

How do I plan for my ceremony<br />

To assist you through the planning stages of your<br />

ceremony, our C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> brochure includes a<br />

Countdown checklist th<strong>at</strong> will guide you through the<br />

important inform<strong>at</strong>ion and reminders.<br />

Wh<strong>at</strong> happens if I need to reschedule my ceremony<br />

We understand th<strong>at</strong> sometimes plans can change. Should<br />

you need to alter the cruise on which you plan to have<br />

your ceremony, please refer to the Terms and conditions<br />

included in this brochure.<br />

Wh<strong>at</strong> happens if I have to cancel my ceremony<br />

If you decide to cancel your ceremony 181 days or more<br />

prior to the departure d<strong>at</strong>e, we can offer you a 50%<br />

refund of your C<strong>eremonies</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> package, or a free<br />

transfer to an altern<strong>at</strong>ive ceremony d<strong>at</strong>e (subject to<br />

ceremony and cruise availability). We cannot offer any<br />

refunds or transfers if you decide to cancel less than<br />

180 days prior to the departure d<strong>at</strong>e. Please refer to the<br />

Terms and conditions section for more details.<br />
