Attestation for Service Members, Veterans, and their Spouses Colorado Technical University (CTU) has established an application fee waiver in order to assist eligible students* with the opportunity to attend a degree program of study at CTU. To be eligible for the waived application fee, a candidate must be accepted for admission to the University, meet the eligibility requirements as outlined in the catalog, and allow verification of eligibility.
