Tellabs ® 1132 Multiservice Access Platform (MSAP)
Tellabs ® 1134 Multiservice Access Platform (MSAP)
The Tellabs ® 1132 MSAP and the Tellabs ® 1134 MSAP offer
low- to medium-density, full-service options — ideal for smaller MSAP
deep-fiber applications. The Tellabs 1132 MSAP (low-density) and
the Tellabs 1134 MSAP (medium-density) support full-service
GbE FTTC, GPON FTTP, or FTTN applications comprising broadband,
narrowband and legacy copper services.
The Tellabs 1132 MSAP and the Tellabs 1134 MSAP are designed
to be deployed in existing cabinets to enable a flexible, remote
MSAP that supports multi-shelf GbE aggregation/transport to the
CO and migration to FTTN, GPON FTTP, GbE FTTC and future
Ethernet rings.
The Tellabs 1132 MSAP and the Tellabs 1134 MSAP feature:

Up to 12 GbE network uplink ports
20 Gbps switching capacity
Two multiservice slots (Tellabs 1132 MSAP); four multiservice
slots (Tellabs 1134 MSAP)

Tellabs ® 1000 Voice Gateway
The Tellabs ® 1000 Voice Gateway (VGW) performs SIP-to-TDM
conversions in all-IP networks, providing a cost-effective transition
to VoIP. Offering standard VoIP for voice, the Voice Gateway
broadens competitive service offerings, enabling service providers
to offer bundled IP services.
Another significant feature of the Tellabs ® 1000 VGW is the ability
to aggregate multiple exchanges via the IP network. Via aggregation,
a single Tellabs 1000 VGW can replace multiple legacy voice
switches.
The Tellabs 1000 VGW utilizes SIP for Bearer setup and teardown,
with signaling passed transparently via RFC 2933 messages. In
addition to support for Class 5 interfaces (GR-303, TR-08, Mode I
and Mode II), the Tellabs 1000 VGW also supports INA interfaces
for special service circuits.
Tellabs ® 1191 Element Management System:
Feature-Rich Management Capabilities
The Tellabs 1191 Element Management System (EMS) is configured
as a client/server capable of supporting up to 100 concurrent EMS
client sessions and managing up to 450 IPTV Network Elements
(NE). Offering multi-function control of your fiber network, the
Tellabs 1191 EMS features rich functionality:
Operates on Solaris or Microsoft ® Windows ® server
environments
View a tree of all managed NEs
Monitor alarms for the entire network or a specific NE
Management functions for IPTV
Provision and manage xDSL line configurations and circuits

Initiate a Fast Backup/Restore of NE configurations
Certified for carrier load conditions — 2,100 alarms/minute
