– Market Rules and Risk Selection / Operating Model
– SHOP Exchange
– Financing the Exchange
Stakeholder representation included: producers, health
insurance industry, providers and associations, community
members, advocates, community-based organizations,
academia, business owners and leaders, local chamber officials,
consumers, consultants
