Every licensed producer who wants to discuss plans<br />

and small businesses must complete <strong>the</strong> 3 steps <strong>of</strong><br />
authorization.<br />
Only <strong>MHBE</strong> <strong>of</strong>fered training will allow licensed producers to<br />
get authorized to sell plans <strong>of</strong>fered on <strong>Maryland</strong> Health<br />
Connection.<br />
Out <strong>of</strong> state exchange authorization will not be accepted as<br />
a replacement for <strong>Maryland</strong> authorization.<br />
