The type 3012 ticket printer is used for heat transfer process
printing and output of tickets.
The paper is pulled in from an externally mounted roll of paper (not
included in the scope of delivery) and imprinted. Before the ticket
is output through the presenter it can also be held in reserve, in
order to have a pre-printed ticket ready for fast output.
The ticket printer is controlled via a serial RS232 interface or via a
USB connection with a supplemental cable.

Applications

The printer's ability to store internal logos and generate
barcodes offloads these tasks from the application of the
higher-level controller system, and increases the speed of
print output. The communication protocol is easy to
implement in your application.
Use the supplied PrinterConfig program to set all printer
parameters and to create and test ticket layouts.
The design and construction of the printer is custom-tailored
to your application. MCS would also be pleased to handle the
mechanical design.
