American College Health Association Speaker Disclosure Statement
Current guidelines require that participants in continuing education activities be made aware of 1) any relationships between speakers
and commercial entities, 2) discussion of off-label uses of medications and/or devices, and 3) any limitations in data cited.Through the
Call for Programs process, speakers were asked to complete conflict of interest statements regarding relationships with commercial
entities. Speakers will be asked to verbally disclose whether they will be addressing any off-label uses of medications and/or devices.
They will also be asked to address any limitations in data cited. The following presenters (listed in alphabetical order) have indicated that they
