This product is a professional multifunctional Triple Waver with rotatable 

attachments for 2 different wave styles. For a third style, you can remove the 

wave attachment and your unit is transformed into a twin barrel curling iron for 

S curls and waves.

USING YOUR TRIPLE WAVER 

PREPARING FOR USE 

• Before using the Triple Waver we recommend using Poker Straight Flat Iron 

Protection Shine Mist or Heat Protection Professional Straightening Iron 

Protection Mist. 

• Please read and retain these instructions before operating for future reference. 

• Remove all packaging and keep safe. 

• For domestic use only. 

OPERATION 

This unit operates on a main AC 220-240V~50-60Hz 105W 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 

• Hair should be clean, dry and tangle free before using the product. 

• Section hair into strands of no more than 1cm deep and up to 6cm wide in a row. 

• Keep the hair smooth by brushing or combing through the section from scalp 

to tip. 

• Plug in the unit into mains and turn on, wait 30 seconds to allow the unit to 

reach its proper working temperature. 

• You can create different looks by rotating the waver attachments to create 

smaller and larger waves. Simply switch between wave sizes by pressing the 

button at the top of the machine to release the waver and turn 180° and clip 

back in. 

• To create S curls remove the wave attachment completely again by pressing 

the release button at the top of the machine, and use the unit as the twin 

curling iron.

LEE’S TOP TIPS 

• This product has variable temperature control, therefore you can select the 

right temperature for your hair type. 

• Generally for thin hair, choose a lower temperature, normal hair choose a 

middle temperature, and thick hair you will need a higher temperature. 

• Open the unit completely. 

HOW TO CREATE WAVES 

• Taking one section at a time, place the hair over the barrel then press the 

product down and hold for 10 to 20 seconds. 

• Open the product again to release the hair. Move the waver down the hair 

following the crest of the wave, then clamp to continue the wave. 

• Once you have moved all the way to the ends of the section unclamp and 

allow the hair to cool. 

• After styling the first section , you should be careful not to slide the barrels 

along the hair. You must move the attachment from one crest to the next. 

• Move onto the next section until you have worked your way around the 

whole head. 

HOW TO CREATE CURLS 

• Taking one section at a time, loop the hair around the twin barrels in a figure 

of eight configuration. 

• Push the hair down the barrel so you have enough space to wrap the 

complete hair. 

• Hold the hair for 10 seconds and release hair and allow to cool. 

• Move onto the next section until you have worked your way around the 

whole head. 

• Be careful the hot barrels do not touch the scalp.

• When the waves or curls have cooled thoroughly, you can either leave as they

are for a defined look or gently brush or comb out into your desired style. 

• To hold your style in place spritz hair with Lee Stafford Hold Tight Hair Spray. 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

• The appliance must be unplugged before cleaning. 

• Let the appliance cool down before cleaning. 

• Clean the barrels with a soft cloth or sponge moistened with a mild soap 

and water. 

• Dry thoroughly before use. 

• Do not use any harsh detergents, abrasives, solvents or cleaners. 

• Never immerse in water to clean. 

STORAGE 

• Ensure the product is completely dry, switched off and unplugged from the 

mains before storage. 

• Store in original box in a cool, dry place. 

• Store in a safe place, away from children.

To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock or other injuries, careful study of 

the following important safety precautions is strongly recommended: 

This product may emit slight smoke for a few seconds when first switched on. 

This is entirely normal; it is only the protective coating (on the heating element) 

being burnt off. 

For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) 

having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable. 

Please consult your local electrician for advice. 

ALWAYS

Only use Lee Stafford attachments. 

3 ALWAYS take care to avoid contact between the hot surface of the barrels 

and bare skin, particularly at the face and neck. 

3 ALWAYS ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged from the mains and 

it has cooled down before storing. 

3 ALWAYS keep the unit out of the reach of children. This appliance can be 

used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack 

of experience or knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction 

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards 

involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. 

3 ALWAYS regularly check the mains cord for damage. If damaged, discontinue 

use immediately and return the unit to your nearest authorised service centre 

or a similarly qualified person for repair to avoid a hazard. 

3 ALWAYS clean before storing away. 

3 ALWAYS keep mains cord away from hot or heated surfaces.

NEVER 

7 NEVER use this product if it is not working correctly, if it has been dropped 

or damaged or dropped into water or any other liquid or if it has a damaged 

plug or mains cord. If it has the unit must not be used. 

7 NEVER use with wet hands. 

7 NEVER use this product near bathrooms, showers, basins or other vessels 

containing water and do not immerse in water or any other liquids. 

7 NEVER place the unit near heat sensitive materials. 

7 NEVER leave unattended when plugged in and operating. 

7 NEVER wind the mains cord around the handle or barrels when hot or while 

storing. 

7 NEVER store while still connected to the mains. 

7 NEVER attempt repairs yourself. Repairs to electrical appliances should only 

be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs may place the user 

at serious risk and will invalidate the guarantee. 

7 NEVER carry or suspend the appliance by the power lead.

IMPORTANT SAFETY POINTS 

Read these instructions thoroughly before using this appliance or connecting to 

the mains supply. 

A 13 amp BS1362 ASTA approved fuse must be fitted. 

Before switching on, make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the 

same as that indicated on the rating plate. Connecting it to any other power 

source may cause damage. 

This product may be fitted with a non-rewirable plug. If it is necessary to change 

the fuse in the plug, the fuse cover must be refitted. If the fuse cover becomes 

lost or damaged, the plug must not be used until a suitable replacement is 

obtained. 

If the plug has to be changed because it is not suitable for your socket, or due 

to damage, it should be cut off and a replacement fitted, following the wiring 

instructions shown. The old plug must be disposed of safely because inserting it 

into a socket could cause an electrical hazard. 

The wires in the power cable of this product are coloured in accordance with 

the following code: 

Blue = Neutral Brown = Live 

If the markings on the terminals of your plug do not correspond to the colours 

shown of the wires in the power cable, proceed as follows: 

The wire which is coloured Blue must be connected to The terminal which is 

marked N or coloured Black. 

The wire which is coloured Brown must be connected to the terminal which is 

marked L or coloured Red. 

DO NOT connect any wires to the earth terminal.
