RULES AND REGULATIONS<br />

1. Eligibility: In addition to the <strong>Iowa</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>Music</strong> Association Constitution, Article<br />

VI, Section 1, participation is restricted to ensembles from member schools of the<br />

<strong>Iowa</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>Music</strong> Association and containing students enrolled in grades 7-12<br />

only. Participating students must be in good standing in their school and currently<br />

enrolled and eligible in the instrumental music program. <strong>The</strong>y must be in attendance<br />

at a minimum of 50% of the scheduled rehearsal sessions to be considered eligible for<br />

participation in this event.<br />

2. Registration: Fee - $80. Registration for this festival will be online. Instructions for<br />

doing so have been included with this bulletin or can be found online. A valid check<br />

or purchase order number must be submitted online on or before September 2, <strong>2004</strong><br />

for your registration process to be complete without penalty.<br />
