VIP CLUB APPLICATION FORM - At One Day Spa

VIP Club Terms & Conditions
1) VIP Club Memberships are limited in number. We will operate a waiting list where necessary.
2) Memberships are not transferable. Only the named member can enjoy the treatments and
privileges of their membership.
3) You must maintain membership for at least six months.
4) The monthly fee should be paid on the first working day of the month by standing order, with the
first month being paid in advance by cash or card.
5) The monthly allowance of treatments must normally be taken within each calendar month.
Subject to prior agreement, if required, we will allow one month in every six to be carried
forward to the next month.
6) Members are responsible for booking in advance to ensure availability of appointments.
7) Our cancellation policy applies. Failure to cancel without 24 hours notice will result in your
scheduled treatment being marked as taken and will not be refunded.
8) Standard Spa Terms & Conditions apply except where superseded by VIP Club Terms & Conditions.
9) Treatment discounts apply to all treatments including offers, but cannot be added to discounts
awarded through other schemes (e.g. corporate discount schemes).
10) Retail discount applies to full price retail items only and is not applicable to "sale" items.
11) Voucher discount applies to the purchase of vouchers for friends & family. Voucher terms &
conditions apply.
12) We regret that we cannot offer discounts as standard on third party providers such as Tinkable,
although we may from time to time make VIP only special offers from third party providers.
13) Some VIP Offers may be applicable only to certain levels of membership.
