Graphic Packaging , Inc came out
April 30th to plant seedlings with
third grade teacher Ms.Kena
Freeman’s class. This is sponsored
through their program “Cards in the
Trees”. Kaylyn Murphy ‘s dad,
Rodney Murphy, entered their name
and they won! We (Third Grade)
had field trip to Camp Grace where
we learned about trees, soil,
photosynthesis, and transpiration.
The third grade students at East
Robeson Primary have been
working very diligently to gain new
skills and strategies that will enable
them to become more independent
and deep thinkers. Students
enjoyed a beautiful day at Camp
Grace exploring trees, learning
about soil, seed dispersion,
photosynthesis and transpiration.
Students and teachers alike are
trying very hard to follow and
reinforce PBIS expectations as we
near the end of the school year. As
always, students are persistently
striving to be caring, to be thinkers,
and to be safe!
