Beauty That Counts charitable campaign<br />
was a tremendous success! And now you<br />
have the opportunity to make a beautiful<br />
difference for women and children again this<br />
year. Beginning on <strong>Mary</strong> <strong>Kay</strong> Ash’s birthday on<br />
May 12, you can introduce the 2009 Beauty<br />
That Counts initiative to your customers.<br />
From May 12 through August 15, 2009, <strong>Mary</strong><br />
<strong>Kay</strong> will donate $1 from each sale of select<br />
Beauty That Counts <strong>Mary</strong> <strong>Kay</strong> ® Crème<br />
Lipsticks worldwide to change the lives of<br />
women and children around the world. In the<br />
Philippines, $1 will be donated from each sale<br />
of Beauty That Counts <strong>Mary</strong> <strong>Kay</strong> ® Crème<br />
Lipstick in Pink Passion, which was created<br />
especially for this program, and Apricot Glaze.<br />
As part of this effort, <strong>Mary</strong> <strong>Kay</strong> Philippines<br />
is proud to support the Welcome House<br />
of Good Shepherd, a non-profit charitable<br />
institution that provides a crisis intervention<br />
center and a temporary shelter for women<br />
and young ladies who have experience<br />
abuse and other forms of violence. The same<br />
institution also provides educational activities<br />
aimed at keeping street-children from<br />
engaging in worthless activities.<br />
