level – beginning as a new Independent Beauty Consultant (IBC) up until you become a Sales Director.

A 2-day educational program for new
Independent Beauty Consultants
that will allow her to earn income
immediately and provide a solid
foundation for a new IBC in the basics
of the Mary Kay opportunity and the
Mary Kay culture.

Teambuilding Class:
Learn to team build that’s smarter, not
harder with our Team Building Class,
a 4-hour class full of teambuilding
discussions, workshops and fun.
Two (2) Product Knowledge
Workshops (PKW):
Learn about our wonderful products
with these 1-hour Product Knowledge
Workshops that will surely give you the
confidence to sell. We hold workshops
for both skin care and color products.
Red Jacket University:
A 6-session course geared towards
skill and leadership building as a solid
foundation for your Mary Kay Career.
Building a team can be the most rewarding aspect of your Mary Kay
career! As you share this tremendous opportunity with other women and
watch them grow, you will begin to understand what Mary Kay is all about.
When you have someone looking up to you, you will become not only a
better Consultant, but a better person.
Team building is a natural process in your Mary Kay business. Your team
will grow from sharing the products with others. As you continue to hold
classes and sell products, your hostesses and guests will see how excited
you are about your new career. They will also see how you earn money
with retail sales.
It helps you make new friends, it helps others reach their dreams, and it
helps you reach your financial and business goals. Building a team and
helping your team members achieve success can increase your personal
income potential. Beginning with your first personal team member, you
can begin to earn personal team commissions on orders placed by your
team members.
When you attend our Teambuilding Classes, you will learn how to recruit
the Mary Kay Way, you will learn how to present the Mary Kay Career Path,
and you will also learn how to effectively participate in Guest Events (a
good venue for recruits!). This class is open to all Independent Beauty
Consultants who have (preferably) graduated from their ESRS classes.
This class is also a pre-requisite of the Red Jacket University.
