<strong>Poster</strong> <strong>Presentation</strong> Guidance<br />
Ver. 1<br />
1) <strong>Poster</strong> information<br />
<strong>Poster</strong> boards will be provided for the poster presentations. The each poster area is A0 size (0.841 m× 1.189<br />
m) on a poster board. Materials for attaching the poster will be available in poster area. Please follow the<br />
example presented below.<br />

2) Time schedule of poster presentations<br />
<strong>Poster</strong> presentations are scheduled in poster sessions. The poster presentations are divided into two halves.<br />
November 7 (Fri) 13:30-15:00 P1-1~P1-36<br />
November 8 (Sat) 13:30-15:00 P2-1~P2-36<br />
For those with odd (uneven) poster numbers, presentation will be between 13:30-14:15(core time).<br />
For those with even poster numbers, presentation will be between 14:15-15:00 (core time).<br />
Please check the “final” program before your presentation. The poster presentation numbers are listed in the<br />
program.<br />
3) Set-up and take-down of posters<br />
For the presenters (P1-1 ~ P1-36) and (P2-1 ~ P2-36)<br />
The posters must be taken down after finishing the each session for the presenters (P1-1 ~ P1-36) and (P2-1<br />
~ P2-36). The authors can start the set up of posters at 9:00, November 7 (Fri) for the presenters (P1-1 ~<br />
P1-36), and at 9:00, November 8 (Sat) for the presenters (P2-1 ~ P2-36). The authors are responsible for<br />
retrieving their posters by 17:00 on each date. After that, the committee will remove the un-retrieved posters<br />
and they will not be returned to the authors.<br />

3) <strong>Poster</strong> presentation area<br />
The location of poster area is in the 1 st floor of Noyori Conference Hall. Please set up your poster on the<br />
proper board as shown following schematics.<br />
