Ein langjähriger Mieter ist der Maler und Bildhauer Ernst Leonhardt. Bereits seit 1989 nutzt der Liebhaber
gegenständlicher Kunst sein großzügiges Dachatelier. Bekannt geworden ist Ernst Leonhardt für den von ihm
gestalteten Kulturpreis der »B.Z.« und durch seine fröhlichen Frauenplastiken. Ein Lastenaufzug, die idealen
Lichtverhältnisse und ein geräumiger Keller machen für Ernst Leonhardt die Attraktivität seiner Räume aus.
