Look into the gorilla’s hazel eyes staring at you
from under a bulbous brow, its wrinkled leathery
complexion flexing as it finishes a mouthful of
vegetation. The humidity and arduous walk to track
this magnificent, imposing primate was worth it –

mangabeys swinging from the branches.
