DAY 7 h After breakfast, travel to Etosha National Park,<br />

passing Outjo. Arrive at Okaukuejo Camp where you<br />

can spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps taking<br />

time to savour a drink overlooking the camp’s waterhole.<br />

Alternatively, join a guided game drive (at extra cost),<br />

(approx. 220 miles).<br />

DAY 8 h Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore the vast Etosha<br />

National Park at your own pace, or join one of the camp’s<br />

activities (at extra cost).<br />

DAY 9 h Drive from Okaukuejo Camp through the national<br />

park to Namutoni Camp where you will spend tonight.<br />

Various activities are offered by the lodge, including game<br />

drives (at extra cost), (approx. 100 miles).<br />

DAY 10 h After breakfast, make your way to Okonjima via<br />

Tsumeb, Otavi and Otjiwarongo. Okonjima, ‘Place of the<br />

Baboons’ is home to the famous AfriCat foundation and you<br />

are free this afternoon to visit the foundation which has<br />

rescued over one thousand cheetahs and leopards, with<br />

over 85% rehabilitated and returned to the wild. Optional<br />

activities are offered by Okonjima Main Camp, where you<br />

will spend tonight, including bush walks and cheetah and<br />

leopard tracking on foot (at extra cost), (approx. 230 miles).<br />

DAY 11 h There is the opportunity to partake in further<br />

optional morning activities (at extra cost) before your drive<br />

to Windhoek. Stop to visit the Kavango wood carving market<br />

in Okahandja on the way (approx. 160 miles). Return your<br />

rental car at Windhoek airport for your onward journey.<br />
