Children are the future of any nation and are at the centre
of the dreams and aspirations of the parents. Parents wish to
see their children achieve great heights. They aspire to give
their children the best of education and the best of values.
‘Acharyakulam’ is the confluence of ancient Vaidic learning and
the best of modern education. We wish to bring out leaders
with high moral values along with the best of modern education
through Acharyakulam.
The leaders of our Nation used to be nurtured in the
Gurukulas in the earlier times, where
pupils would study the Veda-Vedangas
along with the art of defence, economics &
virtues and thereby gain the ability of wise
discretion. Hence true, austere and selfdisciplined
people held the supreme place
amongst individuals, family, society and
Nation. Unfortunately today’s leaders of
our country are being groomed in Convent
Schools and foreign institutions like Oxford,
Cambridge, Harvard and Massachusetts. We
have to prepare social, cultural, spiritual,
economical, industrial, political, scientific &
intellectual leadership in Acharyakulam and
other erudite programmes. Unfortunately,
in today’s experts, leaders & intelligentsia
feelings and values of spirituality, Bhartiyata
and self esteem are withering on the vine.
We will groom up such leadership tinged with
spirituality, Bhartiyata and self esteem who
will have the amalgamation of modernization
and Bhartiyata.
Acharyakulam shall play a pivotal role in nurturing
superior and awakened citizens.
I heartily wish all the Children, Parents and Guardians a
successful, prosperous and pious life ahead.
“Education is the manifestation of perfection that is
already in man - Swami Vivekananda.
Literacy is to learn to read, write and to understand what
we read and write. So there is a lot of difference between
education and Literacy.
lk fo|k ;k foeqä;sA
Education is that which leads us towards freedom,
freedom from miseries of life and unites us with the eternal.
Upanishads tell us that there are two kinds of education
‘Paraa (Vidya) and Aparaa (Avidya) ’.
vfo|;k e`R;qa rhRokZ fo|;ke`re'uqrsA (bZ'k-mi-)
Vidya and Avidya (worldly knowledge which is necessary
to earn a living,) when learnt side by side, will make a wonderful
combination. Overcome death
through physical sciences(avidya)
and attain higher consciousness
(immortality) through spiritual
sciences. Balance in both will make
life glorifying.
Imbalance in the material and
spiritual sciences proves harmful for
mankind where as both practised
together will lead to extreme kind of
happiness, which is the aim of every
human being.
One who devotes only to
physical sciences (avidya,aparaa
vidya) falls into blinding darkness.
End of education is character and
education (Vidya) starts where the science ends.
This is what even Vedas preach. Vedas teach us the way of
life. Swami Dayananda Saraswati terms Vedas as the “Treasures
of Knowledge.”
One of the important messages of Vedas is ßeuqHkZoÞ–“Be
human”. This is infact the most important, relevant message for
the present generation where animalistic views are overtaking
the humanistic views and behaviours. Hence the study of Vedas
and practice of Vedic way of life is utmost necessary to create
postive vibrations in the environment thereby aiming for a
better, strong and bright future for the coming generations
which in turn would keep the society peaceful and bring back
the lost glory of this great country which has been preaching
world peace.
A few messages from Vedas like
help us lead a positive life reminding us our responsibilities
as a human being.
Let us all support this great intention of H.H. Swami Ji
behind laying the foundation for “Acharyakulam” to create a
Glorious Bharath.
With the divine blessings and guidance of Param Pujya
Yogrishi Swami Ramdevji and
Acharya Balkrishnaji, an innovative
vision in the field of value based
education – ‘Acharyakulam’– was
inaugurated on 26th of April,
2013. ‘Acharyakulam’, a residential
educational institute, is the divine
confluence of the age old tradition
of imparting wisdom and knowledge
in the ancient Gurukulams by our
ancestral Rishis & Munies and the
ultra–modern Scientific, Professional
and IT– enabled education system of
today .
15. Parents are requested not to enter any classroom or any
hostel room without prior permission of the Principal.
