C: Accessing a Network Printer via a Web Browser Procedure Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Start your Web Browser. In the browser address bar, enter the IP address of the printer connected to the local Ethernet network. The printer’s web page will open. Step 4. Step 5. Click on the desired tab; e.g., Printer Information (arrow above).
