http://vilniaus.diena.lt, Weekly newspaper “Sostine” (<strong>The</strong> Capital”); - it is a supplement<br />

of most popular Lithuanian daily newspaper “Lietuvos rytas” (Lithuanian<br />

Morning) www.lrytas.lt, “Kurier Wilenski” (Vilnius courier) www.kurierwilenski.lt - it<br />

is a Polish daily newspaper in Lithuania, BNS (Baltic News Service) www.bns.lt BNS<br />

is the largest independent news agency in the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and<br />

Lithuania. <strong>The</strong> main method to reach the media is through the Public Relations<br />

Service of Vilnius City Municipality. <strong>The</strong> Municipality has an agreement with all 5<br />

listed medias for a regular space for news and articles in the medias, so there is a<br />

defined way to distribute the news. <strong>The</strong> Public Relations Service will help to organise<br />

press releases and press conferences on the base of their competence.<br />

PP4 Sighisoara: Broadcasts and reports on local television, Press conference, Public<br />

meetings with the citizens, Leaflets advertising, Announcements on the local radio,<br />

Billboards, Advertisements written in the pubic administration’s newspaper<br />

PP5 Liverpool: It is proposed that in Liverpool the media that will be targeted will<br />

be the local press (<strong>The</strong> Liverpool Daily Post and <strong>The</strong> Liverpool Echo) and national<br />

press (<strong>The</strong> Guardian and <strong>The</strong> Observer), regional radio (Radio City and Radio Merseyside),<br />

local community magazines, reports and presentations to neighbourhood<br />

groups, through Liverpool First (the community engagement organisation), the<br />

People’s Panels of Liverpool Vision (the urban re-generation company) and <strong>The</strong><br />

Mersey Partnership (the tourism and inward investment organisation), public exhibitions<br />

in prominent public buildings, a community consultation document and professional<br />

journals (Planning, the Institute of Historic Building’s Context, English<br />

Heritage’s Conservation Buletin). A press release wil be issued and a press conference<br />

held if re-quested.<br />

newspaper), le Picton (bimonthly newspaper), Municipal: Poitiers Magazine, official<br />

websites (www.mairie-poitiers.fr, www.agglo-poitiers.fr); National level medias:<br />

cities network: Art and History countries and cities, specific newspapers: Gazette<br />

du Tourisme (weekly newsletter), Revue Espaces (monthly newsletter), la Gazette<br />

des communes (monthly newsletter), le Moniteur (monthly newsletter), Revue<br />

Monumental (bi-annual newsletter), i-télé (national TV channel), Libération (national<br />

PP8 Valencia City Council will send press releases to all media in order to announce<br />

the participation of the City in the HerO project and each time there is an event to<br />

communicate to the Valencian Population. <strong>The</strong>re will take place a several Press<br />

Conferences during the project, occasionally after our Local Support Group celebrating<br />

meeting or even after transnational seminars or workshops. Every time all<br />

local media will be invited: <strong>The</strong>se are: Local Newspapers: Las Pronvicias, El Mundo<br />

and Levante EMV El Mercantil Valenciano. <strong>The</strong> City will announce by radio and<br />

Television the outcomes of the project: Our local Televisions Channels and Radios<br />

are: CANAL 9 and Radio 9.<br />
