Mrs. Ionita is from the public utility company (water, heat and local transportation).The citadel is also located in the area of action of this company. The Liverpool ULSG is the already existing World Heritage Site Steering Group, which meets every three months to consider and agree actions connected with the implementation, monitoring and review of the Liverpool World Heritage Site Management Plan. 37
