The Private Residence Club at Mount Cinnamon Resort Hotel & Beach Club is a membership program that
combines an exclusive residential setting with full-service hospitality and individualized lifestyle components. Residences
in the membership program include luxury Hacienda Suites and Villas measuring approximately 1,100 square feet in size.
Unique in design and layout, the suites and villas offer endless views of Grande Anse beach, rated one of the Caribbean’s
top 7 beaches by The Sunday Times (London). The program also features resort amenities along with access to the private
beach club and VIP programs.
Two membership options are available, both of which provide guests with “club points” that can be redeemed for
nightly stays in the suite or villa of their choice. The “Founders Membership” offers 90,000 points, while “Premium
Membership” provides 112,000 points. Point usage varies depending upon residence (70,000-112,000 in the villas, 52,500
to 84,000 per suite). Depending on the level, selected members may stay up to 10 nights annually, based on time of year
and type of residence selected. Membership fees range from $22,000 to $24,750 (financing available) and offer a savings
on room nights of nearly $300 per night. Unlike traditional fractional or timesharing ownerships, Club Members are not
limited to specific time periods but are subjected to the availability of the accommodations. Membership points may also
be exchanged for stays at participating Interval International Premier Resort Club Network properties based upon
