(3) the scientific research filing form for a new chemical substance;<br />
(4) the environmental management registration certificate of a new chemical substance;<br />
(5) the report on first activity of a new chemical substance; and<br />
(6) the notice on supervision of new chemical substances.<br />
Article 52 (Effective Date) These Measures shall come into force on October 15, 2010.<br />
The Measures for Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances promulgated by the former<br />
State Environmental Protection Administration on September 12, 2003 shall be abolished simultaneously.
