districts” on the top right hand corner and addressed to SC&DLR at the<br />
address specified in this RFP<br />
The agencies shall submit the tender fee in this envelope. The agencies also<br />
need to submit the pre-qualification digitally at www.scndlr.nprocure.com<br />
Envelope 3 :<br />
Technical<br />
Proposal<br />
The Technical Proposal shall be prepared in accordance with the<br />
requirements specified in this RFP and in the format prescribed in Annexure I<br />
<strong>of</strong> this RFP. The Technical Bid should be submitted on a non-rewritable CD<br />
format Only. The words “Technical Proposal – "<strong>Land</strong> Re-survey <strong>of</strong> Anand<br />
& other Seven districts” shall be written in indelible ink on the CD. The<br />
Hard Copy shall be signed by the authorized signatory on all the pages before<br />
being put along with the CD in the envelope and sealed. The envelope shall<br />
be sealed and super scribed<br />
“Technical Proposal – "<strong>Land</strong> Re-survey <strong>of</strong> Anand & other Seven<br />
districts ” on the top right hand corner and addressed to SC&DLR at the<br />
address specified in this volume. This envelope should not contain the<br />
Commercial Proposal, in either explicit or implicit form, in which case the<br />
bid will be rejected.<br />

Note:<br />
The Survey Agency shall submit the commercial proposal only on the<br />
website www.scndlr.nprocure.com in the pre determined format as per the<br />
E-tendering process.<br />
All the above 3 envelopes along with the proposal letter should be put in<br />
envelope 4 which shall be properly sealed. The outside <strong>of</strong> the envelope must<br />
clearly indicate the name <strong>of</strong> the project (“Proposal for "<strong>Land</strong> Re-survey <strong>of</strong><br />
Anand & other Seven districts ”)<br />
1. The outer and inner envelopes mentioned above shall indicate the name<br />
and address <strong>of</strong> the bidder (prime bidder, in case <strong>of</strong> consortium).<br />
2. Failure to mention the address on the outside <strong>of</strong> the envelope could cause a<br />
proposal to be misdirected or to be received at the required destination after<br />
the deadline.<br />
