• Expression of Interest submissions shall be evaluated in terms of<br />
applicants’ experience and assessed capability to complete the works<br />
in accordance with the Corporation’s specified requirements.<br />
• Applicants shall demonstrate that they have the range of experience<br />
necessary to plan, manage, coordinate and execute all aspects of the<br />
works.<br />
• Selected tenderers shall prepare and submit a comprehensive<br />
technical submission, including programme, methods, resources and<br />
coordination.<br />

• Contract award shall be on the basis of the lowest compliant tender.<br />
• To be considered compliant, the technical submission must be credible<br />
and complete and impart upon the Corporation a high degree of<br />
confidence that what is offered in the technical submission will be<br />
delivered safely, on time and for the tendered amount.<br />
• Alternative tenders on any aspects are welcome, subject to the<br />
submission of a compliant tender.
