Synchronica’s IM service provides a vendor-neutral, operator-owned instant messaging system which binds users to the brand and puts the operator back in control of its value-added services portfolio. This is the first order that Synchronica has obtained from a device manufacturer as a consequence of the operator’s device certification requirements.
