DL 8 is a compact and affordable data-logger
for structural and environmental
monitoring. The low purchase
and management costs render it ideal
for all monitoring applications which
require flexibility, prompt installation,
and facility to manage the acquired
data, also remotely. The data
acquired by the unit can be indeed
downloaded locally through the USB
interface or remotely through GSM/
GPRS connection (available upon request).
The USB interface allows to
program the parameters and data
acquisition methods of the sensors
connected to the DL-8 unit, through
local connection with a PC or notebook
on which the DL-8 MANAGER
software is installed. DL-8 is ideal in
the structural sector, such as for example
for monitoring holes through
various types of displacement transducers
in buildings and infra-structural
works, and also in the environmental
sector, for monitoring
meteorological parameters (temperature,
humidity) or for the constant
monitoring of levels (reservoirs, basins,
lakes) or capacity measurements
of rivers.
