INSTALLATION<br />

Apply a chalk line to floor and ceiling allowing<br />

for thickness of plasterboard or <strong>The</strong>rmal board<br />

plus a minimum 10mm of GTEC Universal<br />

Bonding Compound. See Table 1 for correct<br />

adhesive for the background surface.<br />

2<br />

Starting from a window, door reveal or internal<br />

angle mark wall vertically with chalk for the<br />

rows of dabs at the required centres, as set<br />

out in table 2. Allow for dabs at 25mm in from<br />

board vertical edges.<br />

3<br />

Apply continuous perimeter ribbon of GTEC<br />

Universal Bonding Compound at 50mm below<br />

ceiling line and 50mm above floor level.<br />

A continuous perimeter should also be applied<br />

around any service cut out i.e. light switches.<br />
