Amigo Star brings
out the stars in class
Introducing Amigo Star, an exciting innovation in
ear-level FM for students with special listening needs.
Amigo Star is a stylish, discreet, comfortable and easy
to use ear level FM receiver. Field trials completed in
the Fall of 2012 suggested that student’s with auditory
processing difficulties, unilateral hearing loss and minimal
hearing loss preferred the Amigo Star to their previous
ear level FM receiver. They stated that comfort, a useable
volume control, and the discreet thin tube as unique,
important features they liked in their Amigo Star device!
Amigo Star is dust and water resistant and is very durable.
It is available in six colors and a selection of stickers that
allows students the option to customize.
Out of the box, Amigo Star is easy to fit and easy
to program without the use of computers or
program software. Compatible with all Amigo FM
transmitters and other transmitters on the 216
MHz band, it easily integrates into classrooms
using sound field or other personal FM.
In moments, students will be effortlessly hearing
the teacher, while still having access to their
fellow student’s comments in the classroom.
Amigo Star, is the new star in school!
