Definiti<strong>on</strong> <strong>and</strong> Incidence<br />

Nodal Marginal Z<strong>on</strong>e Lymphoma is a primary nodal B-cell<br />

neoplasm that morphologically resembles lymph nodes involved<br />

by marginal z<strong>on</strong>e lymphoma <strong>of</strong> extranodal or splenic types, but<br />

without evidence <strong>of</strong> extranodal or splenic disease. M<strong>on</strong>ocytoid<br />

B-cells may be prominent. The disease is rare, comprising
