the Board are neither civil nor criminal, but are administrative in nature <strong>and</strong> are governed by special procedural rules. If<br />

Administrative Procedure Act as well as the <strong>Dental</strong> Practice Act <strong>and</strong> the various rules of the <strong>Louisiana</strong> State Board of Dentistry.<br />

Saunders was previously legal counsel for the <strong>Louisiana</strong> State Board of Dentistry <strong>and</strong> now represents licensees before the<br />

Board. Mr. Saunders is also the Secretary - Treasurer of the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Bar <strong>Association</strong>’s Administrative Law Section. Mr. Meyer<br />

has represented physicians in front of the <strong>Louisiana</strong> State Board of Medical Examiners <strong>and</strong> is currently the chairman of the<br />
