Service Description: The 60 and Better
Program is designed for anyone
over 50 that is wanting to engage in
a range of activities such as Aerobic
Classes, Weight Classes, Walk in Water
Classes, Cards, Ten Pen Bowling, Tai
Chi, Line Dancing, Walking Groups,
Lunch and Morning Tea Clubs. Costs
are reduced for seniors to make the
experience affordable for all to attend.

non-political organisation
endeavouring to reduce
discrimination at all levels of
government against retirees who
do not receive a full pension. An
important aspect of each meeting
is a guest speaker. Chosen from all
walks of life, each speaker’s topic is
related to the basic fundamentals
of retirement, such as health,
lifestyle, finance and government
services. Time is allowed for
questions. Membership is open to all
retirees who are not receiving a full
Government Pension.
