Service Description: Time for mom-
Me:5 Essential Strategies for A
Mother’s Self care is a system that
encourages mothers to focus on
five core areas of their lives. We
understand that when moms take
better care of themselves, they
are better mothers. Through our
easy and fun guided exercises we
encourage mothers to discuss the
following:
Personal Growth, Finding Time,
Finding Meaning, Finding Connection,
Finding Solution’s
The Time for mom system is
supported by a trained facilitator,
a self-care program with guided
exercises and a social online network
that encourages mothers to share
their best self-care resources. Our
goal is to provide a supportive
environment that allows mothers to
learn from one another. The goal is
to make the journey of motherhood a
little easier. The teleclasses will run in
blocks of 6. The first class will run for
30 minutes and the following classes
will run for approx 45 minutes to 1
hour.
The classes will be held every
fortnight, with email contact in
between so that mums can stay in
touch.
