Service Description: Positive<br />
Parenting Program (Triple P) is a<br />
Queensland Health initiative and<br />
is offered as a FREE service, for all<br />
families with children from 18months<br />
to 12 years. Parents are taught a<br />
wide variety of skills that can be<br />
applied with all children in the family<br />
in a variety of parenting situations.<br />
Parents participating in Triple P are<br />
provided with specific developmental<br />
and child management strategies to<br />
optimise their child’s development.<br />
Positive Parenting seminar is a twohour<br />
information session and Group<br />
Triple P is for parents who require<br />
further information and support.<br />
Triple P is run throughout the year.<br />
