Service Description: The government
department responsible for funding
service providers in the disability
field to run specific programs and
services. There is also a variety of
programs and services delivered
by Disability Services Queensland
itself to meet the needs of children
and adults up to the age of 65 with
intellectual impairments. Referrals
to specific programs are determined
via an intake process, or from the
information provided on a single
application form used to register your
needs.

Lifestyle (L & L) Weekday service,
which provides programs and
activities for adults with intellectual
disability.
Endeavour Industries:- Provide
occupation for people with
intellectual disability. The Service
provides for people who have some
productive skills, but such skills that
would be insufficient for them to gain
open employment.
Adult Residential: - Adults with
intellectual disability reside in
purpose built accommodation in an
environment which places the least
restriction possible on that resident.
Membership - Membership to
Endeavour Foundation is open to any
person interested in the activities of
the Foundation.
Volunteers: - Volunteers participate
in every aspect of the Foundation
including working in Endeavour’s
Retail Shops and assisting in services.
Fundraising: - Endeavour draws
on the community for support for
various fundraising activities.
