Service Description: The <strong>Bundaberg</strong><br />
Players Incorporated is a notfor-profit,<br />
volunteer organisation<br />
which has been providing live<br />
amateur theatre to the residents of<br />
the <strong>Bundaberg</strong> region since 1951.<br />
Approximately six productions<br />
are performed each year and may<br />
include musical, theatre restaurant,<br />
comedy, drama, pantomime, revue,<br />
or performances by our very active<br />
Youth Theatre. The Playhouse<br />
Theatre boasts a comfortable, tiered<br />
auditorium which seats 242 patrons<br />
and it is utilised by a number of local<br />
performance-based organisations for<br />
concerts and presentations.<br />

Quilters is a very active group with<br />
some 180 members of all ages. Apart<br />
from providing an environment<br />
for social activity and friendship,<br />
the group promotes the craft of<br />
patchwork and quilting. Meetings<br />
are Tuesdays from 10.0am - 3.00pm,<br />
1st and 3rd Wednesday nights from<br />
7.00pm - 9.00pm, with a monthly<br />
general meeting on 4th Saturday<br />
afternoon from 1.30pm. Joining fee<br />
is $5 and an annual membership is<br />
$25. The group produces a monthly<br />
informative newsletter and provides a<br />
comprehensive library for borrowings<br />
by members. Workshops and classes<br />
are held regularly. The group plans<br />
many social activities throughout the<br />

Service Description: The <strong>Bundaberg</strong><br />
<strong>Regional</strong> Art Gallery is the hub for<br />
arts in <strong>Bundaberg</strong> and surrounding<br />
districts. The Gallery shows a diverse<br />
range of exhibitions including local<br />
and travelling state and national<br />
exhibitions in its three exhibition<br />
spaces. The Gallery Gift Shop stocks<br />
local arts and crafts, ideal souvenirs<br />
for our many visitors. A wide variety<br />
of public programs are offered<br />
including artist talks, workshops,<br />
school holiday programs, guided<br />
tours and special events. Enjoy<br />
the Gallery’s library and browse<br />
through books relating to the current<br />
exhibitions. Children can also have<br />
fun in the Kidz Corner with changing<br />
activities. Regular updates on the<br />
<strong>Bundaberg</strong> <strong>Regional</strong> Art Gallery’s<br />
