MP Jal Nigam Maryadit, a company registered under Companies Act, 1956 has been
incorporated inter alia to fulfill objectives of ensuring safe drinking water to all households
as also to ensure proper treatment and disposal of sewerage in rural and urban area in
MP.
MP Jal Nigam Maryadit plans to have a representative logo and the Nigam thus has the
pleasure in announcing "Logo Design Contest" open to all individuals and organizations.
The winning entry will get prize money of Rs. 25000/- only (Twenty Five Thousand
Rupees Only).
All entries must reach Chief General Manager, MP Jal Nigam Maryadit, Department of
Public Health & Engineering, Ground Floor, C Wing, Satpuda Bhavan, Bhopal-462004.on
or before 10th September, 2012.

Logo Design Contest
M.P. Jal Nigam Maryadit, a Govt of MP undertaking is an organization entrusted with
the responsibility of ensuring safe drinking water availability to all house hold with
adequate quantity on sustainable basis by tap connection within household premises
throughout the year and ensuring proper treatment and disposal of sewerage in the
urban and rural areas.
To ensure visibility of Nigam in rural and urban areas, Nigam plans to have a
representative logo. This logo will be used in reports, documents, brochures, pamphlets
etc. and advertisement or promotional material of Jal Nigam.
For this, Nigam has great pleasure in announcing “Logo Design Contest” open to all
individuals and organizations. The winning entry will get prize money of Rs. 25000.
Interested persons can send a hard copy of logo designed and a soft copy in a CD/DVD.
While sending soft copy of logo, please ensure that setup of software used to develop
the logo is also sent (if developed in MS office 2003, then this need not be sent). Each
entry should be accompanied by a short write-up (not more than 300 words), describing
how your logo best captures the essence of the Jal Nigam. To know more about Jal

Please note that any kind of plagiarizing or copying of copyrighted material will not be
entertained. Jal Nigam will scrutinize all entries and all such forged entries will be
disqualified.
The winning entry will be treated as the intellectual property of Jal Nigam Maryadit. Any
individual or organization, who wishes to use logo, will have to take prior written consent
from Nigam.
