Employer payment options
Contributions to QSuper can be made by clearing house providers or BPAY®.
QSuper is unable to accept cheques.
Clearing house providers for large businesses
Clearing houses can provide a single online solution for
managing all of your superannuation contributions. QSuper
currently accepts contributions paid via Employer Express, as
well as a number of other clearing houses.
If you use a clearing house service currently, please contact
them to find out if they can pay contributions to QSuper.
This clearing house option involves using the information on
this Choice of Superannuation Fund form, including the Client ID
as QSuper’s member identifier.
Your default superannuation fund may be able to help you
contribute to QSuper. If your default fund offers a clearing
house service, it is likely to be compatible with us. By using
your default fund’s clearing house you may only need to enter
superannuation information into one system and make a single
payment to meet all of your superannuation obligations. Other
default fund employers have been contributing to QSuper for
some time using a single clearing house for all employees, not
just those in the default fund.
Your default fund may subsidise the cost of their clearing
house service or even offer it free of charge depending on their
criteria. Your default fund will be able to provide you with more
information about clearing house services they have available
and whether they are compatible with QSuper. If you are unsure
whether your default fund’s clearing house is compatible, please
call us and we can confirm for you.
