RESOLUTION
OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECORS
OF THE
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer
Authority, (the "Authority") at its meeting on February 4,2010, upon consideration of a
non-joint-use matter, decided by a vote of six (6) in favor and none (0) opposed, to take
the following action with respect to the "Plan for WASA Board's Low Impact
Development Grant Initiative".
WHEREAS, the Board, in Resolution #07-17, directed management to include funding
of one million dollars ($1,000,000) to accommodate the Board's Low Impact
Development Grant initiative said sum to remain available for expenditure beyond FY
2007 unless rescinded by action of the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board required management to provide the Board, for approval, a
comprehensive plan for the Low Impact Development Grant initiative; and
WHEREAS, management has presented the "Plan for WASA Board's Low Impact
Development Grant Initiative" to the Retail Services Committee at its meeting on
December 17, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Retail Services Committee recommended that the Board approve the
"Plan forWASA Board's Low Impact Development Grant Initiative".
The Board hereby adopts and approves the implementation of the "Plan for WASA
Board's Low Impact Development Grant Initiative" submitted by the management as set
forth in Attachment 1.
