BUDGET OVERVIEW: The revised <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2011</strong> operating budget is approximately $0.4 million higher compared to the approved <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong> operating budget. This increase is mostly related to funding for<br />

personnel services costs, banking fees <strong>and</strong> other service costs. One new position was also added to the revised <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong> budget. The increases $0.3 million in the <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2011</strong> approved operating budget<br />

compared to the <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong> revised operating budget is mainly due to funding for anticipated personnel services costs.<br />
